A spacious unit for up to 8 guests, including children, with parking in front of the building. Access to a large pool, boat rinse facility, basketball court and laundry facility. Access to the beach via a concrete walkway through the dunes. All kitchen supplies included. All linens and towels provided for the allotted number of guests. Daily towel exchange and trash pick-up provided. Community charcoal barbecue pits located throughout the property. A one-time cleanup fee applies. No pets and no smoking. Three vehicles allowed for this unit. All cars and carts must be registered at the office.

    The floors were sandy feeling the moment we arrived but we dealt with it. Great pool! BBQ spot was clean and really nice. The kids loved it. They got to play in the sprinklers that were in. Being so close to town was a welcome change from where we usually stayed way down 361. Having a first floor condo was very convenient for loading and unloading belongings. Plan on returning in 2018 (if Harvey doesn't hurt this gem too bad 🙁).

    The entire staff were warm and friendly. The grounds are very well kept and very inviting. The pool was nice and clean at all times. The condo's are kept in excellent condition.

    Nice but killed 2 cockroaches. Fridge did not work well. No food pantry. Need food pantry if staying multiple days.

    We also had Unit 134 and the following is what I wrote on that review:
    I didn't have a description of the unit before we arrived but was pleased with it when we got there. The property was well maintained and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that I really like is that the boardwalk leads to the protected area of the beach and that is important since we usually have several children with us and don't want cars driving close to where they are playing. I would recommend this property to others.
