| We cannot promise a specific unit or location,
but will make every effort to honor a specific
request.
At the owners' request, please smoke on the balconies
— not in the rooms. |

- Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa required
for advance deposit
- Monthly rentals can pay with credit card
as well as check and cash
- Deposit due at time of reservation.
- 60-day cancellation notice required for refund
on Beachhouse
- 90-day cancellation notice required for monthly
rentals
- 7-day cancellation notice required, from arrival
date, to receive refund on all other rentals
(refunds will be processed 30 days from cancellation)
— no exceptions (including weather)
- 2 night minimum — 3 night minimum on
holidays
- 2 month minimum on winter monthly rates
- $500.00 deposit required for monthly reservations
- Towel and trash pickup for daily/weekly rentals
only
- Balance of stay due upon arrival
- Guests staying on our property must be accompanied
by persons 25 years of age with a major credit
card
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- $50.00 charge for lost key
- $ 100.00 charge for units left in disrepair
or poor condition
