All decor and furnishings are brand new and have a great island vibe for your vacation getaway. Huge kitchen with two refrigerators perfect for preparing home cooked meals for family and friends. You will have full access to a private Wi-Fi connection for all of your streaming or work on the go needs. Lots of great shopping and restaurant experiences nearby to make your island experience memorable. All of the grounds have been recently updated with new sod and a beautiful pool with plenty of pool side seating. Fully open dining and living room area with a great window view of the pool area. This is a huge space great for large gatherings, reunions and get togethers.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
